Robert D. Ferguson

Robert is one of the founding members of the firm. He primarily is involved in tax planning and preparation, estate planning, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, business consulting and accounting services. He has extensive experience with dealerships, distributors and construction companies.

Robert is a 1979 graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1980 and the Accredited in Business Valuation designation in 2007. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Also, he is a member of the Dothan Rotary Club and the Dothan-Houston County Chamber of Commerce.

Robert is married to the former Karan Farmer, a life long resident of Dothan.. They have two children, Mandi and Jeff. They are active members of Covenant United Methodist Church.

Michael R. Sizemore

Mike is one of the founding members of the firm. He primarily is involved in tax planning and preparation, estate planning, business consulting and accounting services. He has extensive experience with manufacturing, individual tax, and estate planning.

Mike is a 1982 graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1990. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Also, he is a member of the Dothan Kiwanis Club.

Mike is married to the former Sharon Tew of Louisville, Al. They have two children, Caroline and Kaitlin.

Mark L. Smith

Mark Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and has been an owner of the firm since July 2002.

Audits of local governmental units and not-for-profit organizations comprise a significant portion of his practice. These engagements range from very small through those subject to the Single Audit Act.

Mark was born and raised near Mobile, Alabama. As an accounting major, he graduated form the University of South Alabama. In addition, he holds a Masters degree in geology from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mark has lived in Dothan since 1986. He is married to Mary Collier Smith (a long-time resident of Dothan). They have two boys, Andrew and Kevin.

E. Paul Fryer

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Technology Professional and has been a member of the firm since October 2005. He primarily is involved in tax planning and preparation, software implementation, technical support and training, needs analysis and resource evaluations, business consulting and accounting services. He has extensive experience with various software programs in the areas of distribution and construction.

Paul is a 1992 graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 2004 and the Certified Information Technology Professional designation in 2005. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Also, he is a past President of the Southeast Alabama Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Paul is married to the former Jana Harmon, a life long resident of Dothan.. They have four children, Amanda Grace, Hope, Dean and Emily. They are active members of Calvary Baptist Church.
